1. What Data We Collect

When you browse accept.am, we do not use tracking cookies or non-essential analytics tools. We only collect information you actively provide through our forms:

• Contact & lead forms: Full name, business email, phone number, company name, messages, attachments.
• Waitlist forms: Full name, email, phone number, career priorities.
• Recruitment forms: Full name, email, phone number, career vision, CV.

2. How We Use Data

We use this information only to:

• Respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls.
• Evaluate potential partnerships and hiring opportunities.
• Provide updates on early access to our B2C consulting solutions.
• Maintain ongoing business communication and provide support.

3. Data Storage & Retention

Information is stored on secure, encrypted servers and managed through protected internal systems and trusted cloud providers.

We do not sell personal data. Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill business, legal, or reporting requirements.

1. Accept Telegram Channel

Our official Telegram channel is a broadcast-only platform used to share market updates and job openings. Accept does not collect, process, or store any personal data from users who simply view or subscribe to this channel.

2. Journey Bot (Application Tracker)

When you use the Journey Bot to apply for positions and track your career progress, Accept collects professional information such as your CV, work experience, and contact details.

• Phased data sharing: Candidate privacy is protected through a structured data-sharing model. During the initial selection stages, candidate profiles are shared with potential employers in an anonymized format, excluding names and contact details.
• Disclosure: A candidate's name is shared with the employer prior to a scheduled interview. Direct contact information is shared only after a candidate is selected for the role, or when a meeting or communication is organized between the candidate and employer without Accept's presence.

3. Impact Bot (Referral Program)

The Impact Bot allows users to refer talent and projects. The bot tracks referral status and basic contact information.

• Financial data security: The Impact Bot does not collect, process, or store sensitive financial data, banking details, or credit card information.
• Payouts: Compensation for successful referrals is processed offline through a separate civil service contract, regulated by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

1. Refund Policy

All fees paid for consulting, recruitment, outstaffing, and platform access are non-refundable.

2. Acceptable Use and Account Termination

Users of our digital ecosystem (including Accept's Telegram bots) must provide accurate and truthful information. Any attempt to submit fraudulent CVs, manipulate referral tracking systems, or abuse the platform infrastructure may result in suspension or termination of access without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary HR methodologies, business process strategies, website designs, bot architectures, and underlying software code belong exclusively to Accept. While clients retain ownership of the final, custom deliverables provided under a specific service contract, Accept retains all intellectual property rights to the templates, frameworks, and operational logic used to produce those deliverables.

4. Disclaimers and No Guarantee of Results

The Services, including candidate matching via the Journey Bot and business consulting, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Accept applies structured vetting and strategic planning, Accept provides no guarantee of specific hiring outcomes, interview offers, or business results arising in connection with your use of the Services.

Accept is not liable for missed or delayed application deadlines or delayed communications resulting from technical downtime on third-party platforms such as Telegram.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, Accept shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruptions, arising in connection with your use of the Services.

In the event of a dispute, Accept's total aggregate liability is limited to the total amount of fees paid by the client in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Confidentiality

Accept is committed to protecting the confidential business information of its B2B clients. Any sensitive information shared during discovery calls, through lead-generation forms, or throughout the term of a service contract will be maintained in strict confidence and used solely to deliver the agreed Services.

7. Age Requirements

Our ecosystem is designed for career development and professional networking. Users under 18 must obtain explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian before registering or interacting with our platforms.

Accept shall not be liable for consequences arising from use by minors without appropriate parental consent.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service, and any related agreements under which Accept provides the Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
